With 20+ years of experience in the building industry, Michael is the heartbeat of build2grow. His passion in helping clients achieve their objective in all facets of residential construction, Whether it is your dream home, investment property or for the seasoned investor helping them design and build their multi-unit development site.

With a Bachelor of Construction Management and Bachelor of Arts (Architecture), Michaelthrives on ensuring our clients experience is seamless throughout the entire process with exceptional quality.

Outside of the building industry, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends,keeping fit and active, while enjoying all forms of sport.

With over 20 years in the residential construction industry, a degree in Civil Engineering and having his Domestic Builder license, Steven brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.

Prior to joining build2grow, Steven ran his own successful estimating company. Steven helps maintain the efficient operation at our construction sites, liaising with trades, suppliers, and the operations team to ensure projects are delivered to a high quality to give the best possible outcome for our clients.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing and coaching soccer and watching sport.

As our project administrator, Adam will engage with our clients after the project inception stage and will continue to liaise throughout the preconstruction stages. He will be your point of call for pricing, project documentation, colour selections and other general project queries throughout the preconstruction and construction phase.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) at Deakin University, Adam relishes and thrives working on a diverse array of projects.

When he is not in the office, Adam spends much of his time surrounding fitness and going out with his family and friends.

Carminia works diligently with sub-contractors to chase up OHS compliance on our job sites. She deals with all of the financial side of the business, which includes forecasting, future planning, and payroll. Carminia also works within the administration area of the business.

With a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Financial Management and having completed her master’s degree in professional accounting. As well as having 20+ years in the financial industry, she has vast amount of knowledge in this industry.

Outside of work Carminia is a committed member of her local community church.

All the way from Germany our father and son duo do the lot. With over 50 years (combined)experience in carpentry in Residential Building Gary and Dale complete our frames, lock up’s and fixes across most of our build2grow job sites.

We take pride and care in what we do, whether it is a large or small project and are fortunate to have the attention to detail, knowledge and know-how of both Gary and Dale.

Outside of the workplace Gary and Dale enjoy spending time fishing, boating and relaxing with a crisp ale on the Murray.
