Michael’s journey in the construction industry began over 20 years ago. Born and raised in Geelong, his childhood fascination with building transformed into a professional passion. With degrees in Construction Management and Architecture from Deakin University, Michael has developed a comprehensive understanding of building dynamics, which he has applied throughout his career, including significant roles at Burbank Group and Mancini Made before founding build2grow.
As a hands-on leader, Michael is involved in all aspects of the company, from design to completion. His commitment is reflected in build2grow’s careful project selection—taking on only a select number of projects each year to maintain quality and client satisfaction.
